Must have a medical license to practice in the State of Georgia, or be able to obtain one upon request. The University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC) is seeking a Director of Anatomic Pathology at the Associate or Full Professor level (tenured or non-tenure clinical scholar track). Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and must hold postgraduate qualifications in Pathology. Experience in flow cytometry, bone marrow interpretation, lymph node and general surgical pathology including IHC required.
Minimum requirements include: board certification in AP or AP/CP; surgical pathology experience - eight years; leadership experience - three years; strong academic background with track record of publishing, leadership and administrative skills; expertise in Gynecologic Pathology and/or Bone and Soft Tissue Pathology preferred. The Department of Pathology, University of Maryland School of Medicine invites applicants with a M. degree to apply for a full-time faculty position in the School of Medicine. Molecular pathology skills and molecular genetic board certification are desirable but not required.
