Outlook 2016 shared contacts not updating
Sometimes I can remove the mailbox and re-add it and it starts working but not always. I have attempted to put Outlook 2013 in cached mode and without and still no change.
Is there a setting that needs changing or is this how cached mode works. See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions." The permissions are correct and work absolutely fine in Outlook 20 plus OWA, it's just 2016 that has this issue.Look for Block Global Address List synchronization.
